For one of our Clients, an international organization from BPO sector, we are currently looking for a candidate for a position of:

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain operations leading

Managing improvements in supply chain projects

Develop and maintain working relationships with stakeholders

Ensure proper maintenance of specific systems and pro-active enhancement of relevant processes

Deliver procurement benefits, realized savings, service level improvements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Very good knowledge of English

Developed communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Formal Procurement trainging or qualification will be considered as an advantage

Contract of employment – permanent after 6 months’ trial period

Supply Chain Consultant (Gdynia, 3217616)

Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of purchase requisitions of goods and services
Vendor selection according to procurement processes and vendor strategy
Conduct smaller tenders and E-auction
Management of all orders including timely delivery, matching of invoices, vendor claim and disputes
Communicate with suppliers in terms of status on PO and general performance
Create reports and cover administrative tasks when required

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Very good knowledge of English
Developed communication skills
Ability to work in a team
