Duties:
Providing support to Department/teams leader in ensuring operational efficiency
Building partnerships with process owners within and external to the European Customer & Sales Support Department so that business initiatives are aligned, solutions are optimized and implementation achieves desired outcomes.
Preparing and delivering reports, recommendations or alternatives for improving processes
Quantifying the impact of improvements to prioritize ideas and track results.
Implementing controls to monitor processes and ensure they remain efficient and effective, including identifying critical metrics, reporting and documentation of new process flows.
Providing regular updates of progress to process owners to ensure an ongoing partnership.
Developing and implementing operating standards to increase and measure productivity
Guiding and performing business analysis activities (data cleansing and normalization, procedure documentation, etc)
Management of Salesforce.com, optimization of its application and use cross-functionally

Your main responsibilities will be:

– Oversee the General Ledger Accounting for our XX European Affiliates

To be successful in your role you need to:

Technical Purchasing Specialist

As a result of dynamic growth of Power Transformers Factory we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Technical Purchasing Specialist in Łódź. The person hired on this position will be responsible for current supplying of the factory with materials required for production process.

Tasks:

Passing requirements regarding deliveries and necessary documents to suppliers;

Creating orders for materials and services providers in the SAP based on a list of qualified vendors or suppliers outside the list;

Sending orders to suppliers;

Obtaining order confirmation from supplier and verifying compatibility with the order (verifying order in case it is not correct);

Conducting ongoing cooperation with suppliers and enforcing the terms and framework contracts;

Monitoring of suppliers KPI, taking part in audits and assessments;

Monitoring of order realization process and transport of deliveries;

Providing information to interested departments regarding availability of materials required for production and planned deliveries;

Verifying documents related to supplies/ accepting purchasing invoices in WF database;

Initiating and conducting complaint process.

Requirements:

Higher university degree, preferably technical area;

At least 2-3 years of experience on similar position in manufacturing company;

Ability to read technical documentation (mechanical or electrical);

Knowledge of import customs procedures;

Good command of English and Polish allowing to communicate in international environment easily;

Experience in working on ERP system (preferably SAP);

Good self-organization at work, communicative;

Ability to work in a team.
